I have heard that there is a review of the structure of Incorporated Societies. Is this correct?
In June 2011 the Law Commission released a press release on the reform of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908. The Law Commission is keen to get as much feedback from the various kinds of organisations that are incorporated under the Act.
